Shuicai Shi, General Manager (Founder and Vice-Chairman of the Board, Chief
Executive Officer). 

Mr. Shi is a national recognized leader in Chinese search engine technology
and internet application development. He is the Director of Chinese
Information Processing Research Center. Mr. Shi is a member of the national
863 High Technology Expert Committee in charge of internet technologies.

He has received many awards from the Central Government including Second Place Award for National Technology Progress and was awarded Top 10 Leaders of Chinese Software
Industry in 2001 and Top 100 People of New Economy in2002.

Mr. Shi received his B.S and M.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Northwest Telecommunication Institute. He was the youngest within the Ministry of Electronics Industry to be promoted to full professorship at age 32. He was also a visiting scholar in Virginia Institute of Technology.
